CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth process for both you and our consultants, please take note of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. This allows us to accommodate other clients and optimize our scheduling.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel or reschedule your consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will be refunded 50% of the booking fee.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your virtual consultation without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee amount with no refund.
